Affiliate disclosure

ThanksForDeals participates in affiliate marketing programs, including Amazon Associates and other retail affiliate networks as our partnerships grow. When you click a deal and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

Deal accuracy

We work to keep listed deals accurate and check links automatically, but prices, stock, and coupon codes are controlled by the merchant, not us, and can change or expire without notice. When a deal expires, we keep its page live and show related live deals instead of deleting it — the listed price/discount always reflects what was true when it was last verified, not a live guarantee.

Community submissions and moderation

Registered users can submit deals and vote to approve submissions from others. To keep listings genuine:

• Submissions are screened for prohibited content before entering the review queue
• A submission needs approval from 5 different registered users, or direct admin approval, before it goes live
• Admin approval or removal can happen at any point, regardless of vote count
• Submitting deals that are fake, misleading, or that you don't have the right to share is not allowed and may result in account suspension

Points, ranks, and rewards

Points, ranks, badges, leaderboard placement, moderator status, and any other reward or status feature are provided at our sole discretion, are not a form of currency or property, and have no cash value. We reserve the right to change, reset, reweight, or discontinue any ranking, scoring, display, or reward provision on the site at any time, for any reason. We also reserve the right to suspend or close any account, and to strip that account of any points, ranks, badges, or other status, at any time and for any reason we see fit, without prior notice and without being required to explain our reasoning to the affected user.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse voting, submission, or reporting features.

No warranty

ThanksForDeals is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any listed deal will be available when you click it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loaded Warehouse LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any merchant transaction made through a link on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
